Located on a ridge above the historic Bodbe Monastery and the 18th-century village of Sighnaghi, the Sighnaghi Panorama Hotel features panoramic views of the Alazani Valley and its surroundings. Ruderal re-engineered the degraded site to create new vehicular access and program terraces.
Veli is a 17-hectare arts and hospitality campus in historic Bakurtsikhe, Kakheti, a region famous for winemaking. The site includes a 19th-century vineyard estate, a former agricultural-technical college, and a landmark cypress allee. The new campus program begins with a rich landscape terrain that integrates a boutique hotel, a farm-to-table restaurant, an agricultural center, an artist residency, and a library.
Art Villa Garikula is an international artist residency located in the Tedzami River Valley in the Shida Kartli region of Georgia. Garikula hosts the Fest I Nova festival, dedicated to Brothers Kirill and Ilia Zdanevich, two of Georgia's leading 20th-century avant-garde artists. Ruderal's master plan includes the preservation and reinterpretation of the landscape and architecture, additional parking and vehicle circulation, and siting new residences, exhibition spaces and workshops.
